I was very disappointed with customer service. I had my car towed on a Saturday evening, showed up Monday morning to explain what happened over the wkend. They explained that they wouldn’t be able to get i car towed on a Saturday evening, showed up Monday morning to explain what happened over the wkend. They explained that they wouldn’t be able to get it in for diagnostics til Friday. Ok fine. What choice did I have. My car had no power steering. By Friday afternoon, I had yet to receive a call yet I had seen on Thursday night that my car had been moved from it original spot but I tried to remain patient. I phones the service dept Saturday morning and was told the person working on my car was not in and there was no update in the system and therefore they were unable to give me any info. Well Saturday evening I drove by the dealer and again my car was in a different spot, so I stopped to check it out. The battery I purchased was still in the car and when I turned on the ignition, my steering was back and my idiot lights on the dash were out but still no call or update! Called three times on Monday and finally got a return call (about 4) to tell me the problem and it should be ready in an hour. Well when I went to pick it up, it was still in the same spot from Saturday. I truly felt like someone was blowing me off then blowing smoke up my a** all week. Not ONE single call or update. Just left me hanging All week and weekend. Very unprofessional men there. The only person that made me feel like my time was just as important was the woman at the service desk when we picked up my vehicle! They could sure learn a thing from her about customer comes first!!! More

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Calling PA Attorney General My daughter blew an engine in her car, and being a student at WVU, desperately needed a vehicle, I spent 2 days researching cars and settled on a 14 M My daughter blew an engine in her car, and being a student at WVU, desperately needed a vehicle, I spent 2 days researching cars and settled on a 14 Mazda CX5. My wife found one at Kenny Ross Ford South, that had good miles and a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty, plus 7 yrs, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty. We looked the vehicle over, drove it, and sat down to make the deal, and I was presented with an "as is" waiver of warranty, I questioned them about the advertised warranty, they blamed it on a CarGurus mistake. Being under pressure to get my daughter a car, and being after hours, I bought the car, feeling like a sucker. I called back this morning, after my wife showed me that the dealerships own website had the same warranty promise listed. I was met with a rude sales manager who told me to just bring the car back, and they would refund my money. He reminded me that he had filled my gas tank as a concillation, which was $23.00. He reminded me that he put $23.00 in my tank to make "it right" What a joke! This feels like a classic bait and switch, and they blame it on a "mistake" by a 3rd party, even though it was on their own website as well. I would not have driven over 3 hours to purchase a vehicle with no warranty. Rude and dishonest at best. Beware! I am a business owner, and when I make a mistake on a bid or estimate, I absorb the financial hit and apologize for any confusion to the customer. Not these people More
Excellent Process I would like to give a shout out to the Ledbetter brothers! I tried to get a truck a couple months back, but Greg told me I didn’t have enough equity I would like to give a shout out to the Ledbetter brothers! I tried to get a truck a couple months back, but Greg told me I didn’t have enough equity in my trade at the time, and he suggested waiting about 5-6 months longer. Well, I came back in at that time, and made it happen. Due to my schedule, I emailed Greg throughout the whole process, and then he told me to come in and see his brother, Justin. Justin was just as relaxing, outgoing as Greg. Everything was straight forward, and Justin was patient with any questions, or comments I had while checking out vehicles. I bought a vehicle previously from this dealership, 7 years ago, and it was nowhere as good as this process was. Filled everything out online, and they had me out the door in no time! If you want a salesman who is straight forward, and actually listens to their customers needs/wants in a vehicle, go see either Greg or Justin, and then when you purchase your vehicle, you’ll meet their brother Bryan in finance, who is just as nice. Bryan explained everything, and answered any questions I had throughout the signing process. It’s nice to see that the dealership has changed for the better, and I would return without hesitation for the Ledbetter brothers. Thank you guys for making it happen on a truck I wanted, and not what you guys wanted to sell me! More
