Buyer beware We decided to buy a used vehicle at this dealership. We have 50% of the money the day we made the deal and wanted to pay the other 50% at time of pick We decided to buy a used vehicle at this dealership. We have 50% of the money the day we made the deal and wanted to pay the other 50% at time of pick-up, which was to be the next morning. (The vehicle wasn’t detailed the day we decided to buy it.). They were unwilling to wait until the next morning for the rest of the money so we were forced to take out a loan. We were not asked about how we wanted the loan set up and when we went to sign the paperwork, they had set up 4 years of payments for a loan that was less than ten grand. Ridiculous. We went with a license plate to transfer to the new vehicle. About three weeks after the deal we got another plate in the mail. We were charged for new plates even though we had plates. Overall it was a poor experience and we won’t be shopping for vehicles at any Kenny arias dealership. We had a similar experience at another Kenny Ross dealership a few years earlier and we really hoped things would be different. More

Excellent service everything went smooth We contacted our salesman (Donnie Prescot) about a f150 we looked at on a Sunday afternoon. Fuel pump Recall repair After receiving the recall notice from Ford I went back to Kenny Ross to get the repair taken care of. A supposedly simply repair has turned into majo After receiving the recall notice from Ford I went back to Kenny Ross to get the repair taken care of. A supposedly simply repair has turned into major inconvenience. After the first recall repair the car developed a starting problem and a leakage of gasoline. Four visits later the car still has the same problem. Leaking gasoline in the garage could potentially be a hazardous problem. The service dept was accommodating but at this point the problem should have been corrected. More
