Service writer was helpful. But my truck was returned not fixed for what I brought it in for a recall. So my truck was left with my dash in metric and my radio not working so I had not use of my heat or air conditioning. Both of which required the radio to set function. But more importantly no use of my back up camera which is a safety device. It was not noted in the write up that the factory equipped safety device being the backup camera was not working in the write up when returned. But still returned with no information about getting it fixed other then they would be in contact. Would have been great if they kept it till it was fixed and not just shoved off on my to drive home broken. More
