I conveniently utilized the online scheduler an appointment. It gave choices to wait for vehicle, drop off or get a loaner. I chose loaner car. Well, when I got there, I was informed of no loaner vehicles available. So why wasn’t I contacted ahead of time? Apologetically nothing could be done. I had to wait for my vehicle. And in over two and a half hours, only ONE thing was done! An oil change. They couldn’t address anything else as I needed to take to a Ford dealership on everything else and they thought they fixed the tire pressure.. I got in my car and the tire pressure sensor glared at me. I pulled out rather upset. More
