First, they are trying to tell me that my warranty agreement expired when clearly it did not. Second, I was quoted a price on 4 tires and alignment and when I chose to have the work done there they to agreement expired when clearly it did not. My reasoning is, Dealer installed a low jack device for 1k and some paint protection for 500.00. informed them I did not want a 1000.00 low jack in the vehicle.
