Great Car Buying Experience!!! I set out to purchase a new CX-5 (arguably the best small SUV in the market). I had contacted all the area Mazda dealers for quotes. Michelle was qu I set out to purchase a new CX-5 (arguably the best small SUV in the market). I had contacted all the area Mazda dealers for quotes. Michelle was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. After some correspondence, we reached an agreement on price (best in the area). The day I was going to finalize the purchase (I live a couple hours away), I had a sale pending on my current vehicle which fell through. After notifying Michelle, she went to work on a trade-in value of my vehicle and much to my amazement, came back with exactly what I was looking for. A couple hours later when I'm at the dealership to finalize everything, a faulty camera was discovered in my new car. Michelle and Dave was very apologetic and set me up with a loaner CX-5 until my car could be repaired. A couple days later they delivered my vehicle to my place of work (over an hour away) to swap. Even though there were a few hurdles during the whole process, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Michelle was top notch in customer satisfaction, and hats off to Dave and the service staff. Kenny Ross will definately be on the short list of any of my future vehicle purchases. After contacting Kenny Ross (Ryan Halterman) he was the only salesman willing to work with me and not only try to sell me a car off their lot. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable from first contact to sale. No haggling which. At have been the best part because I am absolutely not a haggler and that part of car buying was stressing me out! They gave me the best price out of numerous dealerships I had been in contact with and that was even with the car color I wanted. I could not be happier with my experience with Kenny Ross.
