We shopped at several dealers looking to get what we felt was a fair deal for a CX5 equipped the way we wanted it. We were able to find the vehicle we liked at Kenny Ross. We felt the trade-in and out-the-door price was fair and in line with what we had researched on our own. Our salesperson was exceptional. He was very patient with us, as we are very thorough in a our buying process. We wanted to make sure everything was just right, and we understood everything about the vehicle and the deal we were getting. He even came in early just to accommodate our schedule after we had made our decision. After we purchased the vehicle, it was not quite ready for delivery, and they even bought us lunch! All in all a great experience, i would highly recommend Kenny Ross Mazda as a dealer. More

I did my homework and settled on a Soul Red Mazda 3 GT S hatchback with a stick. You won't find these on a dealer lot. I keep my cars for a long time and was not willing to settle for a car that was not exactly the way I wanted. I had been a long-time Honda owner but it was time to consider another make. Mazda is reliable, fuel-efficient, and - most important to me - fun to drive. Kenny Ross matched the asking price quoted in writing by another dealer, coming down nearly a thousand dollars. In addition, Kenny Ross was closer and offered a no-cost dealer powertrain warranty that the other dealer did not. Other local dealers did not have as good of a reputation as Kenny Ross, either. My salesman was Ryan Halterman who was outstanding in every way. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. No pressure, just answers to my questions. Very straightforward. He was a fountain of information. Assisting him was his boss, David Maraney, sales manager, another friendly and professional person who was helpful in every respect. Holly Nabors handle all the paperwork, title, etc., and was fast, efficient, and friendly. There was a significant wait for this car to be built and shipped in from Japan but it was worth it. In sum, this was the most pleasant experience I've had when buying a car, and I've been driving well over forty years. Too often, buying a car is an unpleasant process, with pressure and some bait-and-switch. That didn't happen at Kenny Ross Mazda. I bought a great vehicle at a great price. When I need a new car I'll buy it from Ryan Halterman at Kenny Ross Mazda. More
