Outstanding Service Department The service department led by Jesse was outstanding with handling my issue. They diagnosed and fully explained the issue within 24 hours. This was after I had another dealership closer to home tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong after 3 days.. CX5 End of Lease Return Returned my CX5 to Kenny Ross even though it was acquired from another dealer. Samantha Mutich handled the return transaction. Everyone we encountered that day, Samantha, the GM, other employees could not have been more accommodating. My wife left a notebook in the vehicle that was discovered after we departed the dealership. Samantha called to return the notebook to our residence. Very positive experience.
