Tried to charge me for a recall repair that was not done correctly ( cat vibration) They removed the heat shield to change it then started vibration noise, same thing the recall was for vibration noise . correctly ( cat vibration) They removed the heat shield to change it then started vibration noise, same thing the recall was for vibration noise . Failed my inspection for suspension was told by my mechanic that the struts were passable. Definitely got the feeling that the dealer is trying to increase revenue in service because lack of supply of new cars at the expense of the customer. More
