It sucked that I had to wait 3 hours, but there are processes in place and when Ed was updated I was also promptly updated. There was no pressure to do any more than what I came in for, except my insp processes in place and when Ed was updated I was also promptly updated. The waiting room is also great with any type of coffee may want/need and doughnuts to keep things sweet.
