I did not purchase my car here but was traveling in the vicinity of this dealership and needed service. I was welcomed. The service manager texted me to inform me that the part was available. So I drove a vicinity of this dealership and needed service. I was welcomed. The service manager texted me to inform me that the part was available. So I drove an hour to get there. This is a well run organization with a customer friendly approach and attitude. I have always been impressed by the helpful staff of every Kenny Ross department. They have all assisted me along the way sin approach and attitude. I have always been impressed by the helpful staff of every Kenny Ross department. They have all assisted me along the way since I bought my Cross trek 5 years ago last month. Certainly a 'home run' vehicle for Subaru and demonstrates the benefits of incremental improvements in design and engineering over time. More

The folks in the service department at Kenny Ross Subaru are fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I had a part Fail on a used vehicle that I just purchased there that was not covered under are fantastic. They were very sympathetic to my situation. I had a part Fail on a used vehicle that I just purchased there that was not covered under my warranty. They repaired my jeep no questions asked. And did not charge me for the work nor the part.
