Great place to go, put stuff in the car to protect it from getting dirty as they work and took my car in right away even though i was a hr early and the time to do the job was faster then they said. Salesman was real good the jeep is really nice , but after over two hours to get the payment to where it needed to be the finance department then took it 100 dollars a month higher and added another yea after over two hours to get the payment to where it needed to be the finance department then took it 100 dollars a month higher and added another year so due to the deceptive practices I have been telling everyone to avoid the dealership . Kenny ross Subaru customer service was awesome. They new exactly what I was coming in for. They gave me updates and also looked into why the repair was taking so long. The only thing I was disappoint exactly what I was coming in for. They gave me updates and also looked into why the repair was taking so long. The only thing I was disappointed in was my salesman walked right by without say hello.I gave him the sale and I did not feel appreciated by him. He walked by 4 other times before he acknowledged me.
