Working with Sales Rep Joe Donas, Business Mgr Holly Nabors and GM Jimmy Dull, they were all fantastic! Jimmy found the car with the package we were searching for in VA and went and got it - even before we committed. Holly was awesome navigating us through the financing and securing a decent loan. And on the day we took delivery - Joe was second to no other! He knew we had new car buyer anxiety, and took the time to walk us though the process and then through every inch of our new car. I would recommend the team at Kenny Ross in a second! Great dealer, great team, great car! More

He was able to get me in to test drive a new Crosstrek within a couple days working with my busy schedule and helped facilitate the easiest car purchase I have ever had. I was in and out in less than a couple hours and that includes having a remote starter installed on the car that I was purchasing. I can say nothing but good things about his service and professionalism. I worked with Holly Nabors doing the paperwork and she was also very helpful as well. She saved my wife fro having to come in to do paperwork so I could take the car home the same day since I was a 40 minute drive away. Both Joe and Holly made my experience great and I will recommend others to come to Kenny Ross to get cars in the future! More
