On the lot, there was no frustrating haggling...just candid discussion about price and quality of the vehicle. The final price offered by the dealer was LOWER than my offer and at no time was there high pressure to make a deal. I arrived on the lit at lunchtime and Paul left the lunch that he had just opened to assist me. The mechanic who was processing the vehicle was very helpful also, explaining service recently completed....answering questions...and showing the underside of the vehicle on the lift. EXCELLENT all around experience!!! More
