Hadn’t been to this dealership in some time. My spouse generally takes the car in. Wasn’t sure what to do once I pulled in. Two gentlemen were in the area. One finally came over and provided direction to go to service desk. Text message that car is complete are helpful. I saw other customers have a service associate come out to waiting room and provide a verbal update. That didn’t happen for me, so I went to service desk and was told that someone would be out in 10 minutes. After I wanted 20 minutes I went back to the desk. The service associate then started printing my paperwork. He asked for signature with no explanation of the various forms. I took a few minutes to quickly view them. I asked about the separate charge for gloves, goggles, and rags. Was told the charge is a state requirement. That seemed odd to me. Associate was polite, but seemed uncomfortable when questioned. Not impressed with his customer service skills. Waiting area and amenities are very nice. I was there for about 2 hours for inspection and emissions testing. Not sure if that is typical or not. Expected to be there about 90 minutes. Your site is a busy center so perhaps that contributed to my observations. Thank you. More
I have no problem with the dealership. My problem is with Subaru. I brought my 2024 crosstrek in for an annual state inspection. My car has 19400 miles on it. I called customer service. They refused to help me in anyway. I will be getting rid of my subaru and going to a completely different retailer. This was my 5th and last subaru. This is unacceptable customer service! More

Had to stop for an emergency driving from Pittsburgh to Delaware. While unfortunately we were delayed 2+ hours the service dept was helpful, taking care of our problem - even pointed us towards a place we Delaware.
