I’m usually skeptical of dealerships and car service, especially as a woman, because it can be hard to know whether you’re being given an honest recommendation or being upsold. What really stood out to me was that I also need new tires, and instead of trying to sell me a more expensive option through the dealership, the service advisor actually recommended that I buy them myself and just bring them in so I’d only be paying the dealership for installation. That would have been such an easy thing to tack extra cost onto, and I really appreciated him giving me the most cost-effective option instead. They gave us everything straight, didn’t pressure us into unnecessary services, and treated me with respect. An honest dealership is a rare breed, and I would absolutely return. Thank you again to Steve. More
