We were extremely disappointed with the way our situation was initially handled at the service department level. No managers available on the weekend so we were given a customer advocacy number to call. We a was initially handled at the service department level. We are very grateful we were given that number though because once I called, I finally felt like someone was actually listening to our concerns and was someone would could help mediate the issue in good faith. We are still just overall disappointed it had to even get to that point though. More
