Very disappointed in the service we have received from the sales and management depts. We have bought numerous cars and trucks from Kenny Ross. Never had a problem until we bought a used Subaru. The sales person Lane Bauman never told us the car didn’t have a navigation system. Lied and said he did mention it….. three people heard the same thing. Manager John Petrovich didn’t want to deal with our problem. He forward the call back to Lane. More
