I had a problem with a seatbelt on a brand new car that did not retract. There was damage to the seatbelt, the buckle, and a dent in the door. This happened when I dropped a friend off and heard a loud noise after I drop them off. The service desk technician and another employee implied that my guest had use the seatbelt incorrectly. This is a brand new car and I really didn’t like that. I had to insist that they replaced the buckle. When I got home, I found that there was a ding in the door. This was obviously caused by the seatbelt as it bunked around outside my car. That was the last time it had been driven before going in for my inspection. I did talk to the person who is the service supervisor. He was apologetic, but the fact I have to go all the way back there to have it fixed, and the fact that it was implied my guest had used. We enjoyed our purchase in September 2023. However, our salesman has moved on. I wish the dealership would reassign a salesman, someone we can ask questions or complain to. We purchased the Gold Maintenance package for our vehicle, yet every time we go for an oil/filter change or other covered items, they try to charge me for it. We had to call in, and they cut us a check to mail to us. When we complained, they told us the sales and repair computers were not connected - CONNECT THEM! Also, our key fob has a small card attached with our policy numbers...look at them. They promptly get us in for repairs and are courteous on the phone. More
