One of the service managers was arrogant and not would not take responsibility of a problem I had. When I was there prior there was a problem that no one brought to my attention. When I went back he trie not take responsibility of a problem I had. When I was there prior there was a problem that no one brought to my attention. When I went back he tried to tell me it didn’t happen there and when I proved it did he said “well it’s not that big of a deal” what was the big deal to me is that originally no one told me about the problem until it was caught somewhere else, and that he still did not take accountability and treated me very cold with no respect. .How can I trust the dealership?? Also when I first got to the dealership the first person at the counter was talking with me about my issue and then took a call and stayed on it until I had to move to somebody else because he was not getting off the phone. Later, when I went to the second person to ask a Question , they also took a call and told me to wait right in the middle of when I was talking with them. I did not feel valued or respected as a Customer. More
