Best to date I have been going Kenosha Nissan for at least five years. This was the best experience I had to date thanks to the service manager who was on duty (Ke I have been going Kenosha Nissan for at least five years. This was the best experience I had to date thanks to the service manager who was on duty (Ken). While I sat there getting an oil change and tire rotation (along with a few other things), he came and updated me at least five times during the two hours I was there. That made me felt wanted by Nissan. They at least cared about my well being for the LONG time I was there. I have been there before where I was there for two hours (or more) and got zero contact from the managers. Just "you car is ready." This was a welcome relief. More
