Terrible customer service. Purchased the vehicle at night. Didn’t see a chip in the windshield. Called next morning and were told that it’s my responsibility to fix. I was also told my first payment was going to be in a month and a half. I was billed one month after I purchased the vehicle. I will definitely not be purchasing any vehicles from Kenosha Nissan for the rest of my life. I have told everyone this story to avoid a nightmare when purchasing a vehicle from Kenosha Nissan. I need a new vehicle every four years and so do all my coworkers. They will be not shopping there also. More
