We were also impressed to know that these gentlemen do not work on a commission basis. I think this is a wonderful idea as it makes for a less stressful experience. We also had our new Buick Simonized and as promised a loaner car was waiting. I was in and out of the dealership within 10 minutes. A wonderful experience. Tony from Service Department sets the standard I have a 2016 GMC Canyon that all of a sudden required service on the 4WD. I called several dealerships around the area (Chevy and GMC) and all could I have a 2016 GMC Canyon that all of a sudden required service on the 4WD. After speaking with Tony he offered me several options to get my truck done faster. He even offered me a loner vehicle while my truck was being serviced. Overall he made sure the experience was pleasant and quick and even took the car through inspection for me and made sure that everything passed. He even made himself available even on days off to get it done. I'll definitely be going back for my next car. I'd been to several other dealers in the tri-state area before this one and this was hands down the most honest, pleasant and reasonably priced. More
