Very DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRATED with how we have been treated by service and management at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Kernersville, NC! My husband and I bought a used truck from Kernersville treated by service and management at Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Kernersville, NC! My husband and I bought a used truck from Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Hwy 66 in Kernersville, NC, in February 2022. We noticed the truck was leaking water inside the front windshield the weekend following our purchase. My husband took the truck to the dealership, where it was purchased the following week. They referred him to Kernersville Tire and Diesel to find the problem and perform repairs. Kernersville Tire and Diesel stated the problem was a leak around the third brake light and sealed it at no charge. Unfortunately, the problem continued. My husband returned to Kernersville Tire and Diesel with the same complaint. Again, they sealed the third brake light at no charge. The water leak continued after now two attempts at repairs. My husband has repeatedly taken the vehicle to Kernersville Tire and Diesel for the same issue since owning the vehicle, now almost a year. The problem remains. We now have the truck back at the dealership where it was purchased, Kernersville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They say it is not the third brake light but a cracked frame around the back glass window. They are telling us it will cost over $1000.00 to repair. We feel we have been deceived for a year. The original problem remains. The repair company the dealership referred us to has not accurately documented the instances we have had the truck to them with complaints of the same problem. The dealership won't cover the cost of repairs because they say we have had the vehicle for a year, and it is now a new problem causing the water leak. More

Purchased a used Compass Limited in August of 2022. We got it home and three weeks later, after the first rainy day, I discovered a leak in the back of the car. Called the dealer, they did not care. Told me that I had to “fix it yourself” even though this was a Chrysler Certified Used Car. Had my local mechanic start the repair and realized that the dealership tried to hide an existing factory leak with rubber cement and plastic bags over the fuse box in rear. They even left a used tube of rubber cement behind the panel. I called back to talk to someone about them covering up this glaring flaw with this vehicle and now nobody at Kernersville Dodge wants to speak me. In my 40 plus years of buying new and used vehicles, I’ve never felt so violated. This dealership absolutely doctored this car to hide the leak in order to sell it. More
My fiance and I have had the worst experiences ever with this dealer. The first sales person, a Latino guy, sold us a lemon that we couldn't even get plated. Another sales person, Jay, talked to one of the higher-ups who bought back the lemon and sold us a more expensive truck that also has problems (though not as many as the lemon had, as it was in the shop more often than not in the month that we had it). I would NOT recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. In fact, you're better off going to a buy here, pay here dealer. We've just contacted the Dodge Corporate Office to file a complaint against this dealer. More

After multiple conversations and waiting for an hour for them to appraise my vehicle they informed me they had decided NOT to sell the vehicle I found on cars.com; the same vehicle I spend more than an hour them to appraise my vehicle they informed me they had decided NOT to sell the vehicle I found on cars.com; the same vehicle I spend more than an hour filling paperwork out! They provided no alternative or concesssion, and just had a general lack of interest in customer service. More
