Internet scam artists Stole vehicle up fit dollars without permission. They "offered" half of hold back, took the money for the commercial vehicle upfit money without my Stole vehicle up fit dollars without permission. They "offered" half of hold back, took the money for the commercial vehicle upfit money without my permission and refused to give it back to make up the difference. This was on 3 trucks. Claimed it was part of the deal but the written deal had it in writing no where. They also were not capable of completing the paperwork properly. They got the VIN numbers wrong on one truck, cost me almost $1,000 to get it fixed so 8t could be registered. It was out of service for almost a month costing me another $6,000 in lost revenue, and another $5,000 in employee wages that I had to pay because the truck was unavailable. They sent me the proper paperwork TWICE trying to fix this and each time it was wrong. I ended up having to pay my lawyer to fix their mistakes. These people are nothing more then scam artists. They literally have no idea what they are doing. It was so bad my lawyer wondered if the were doing it on purpose since I raised a stink. Don't walk away from this dealership - RUN. More

Additionally, I assume that because we were in casual clothes he decided we did not have the financial means necessary to purchase the vehicle. Had he taken a few minutes to get to know us he would have learned we are both high income earning medical providers/doctors. More

As painless as one could imagine Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Dave Fierle. Was about as simple and painless as one could imagine. From price of the new Jeep to the value of Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Dave Fierle. Was about as simple and painless as one could imagine. From price of the new Jeep to the value of trade of my old Jeep Wrangler. Everything was quick and fair, no hassle or pressure and Dave was quick to explain the differences between the models and took the time to go over those based on my needs. He had a chance to upsell me to a more expensive model (Rubicon) but knew it would be more than my needs. I would have no issues referring others to this dealership or returning to buy a new one from them when the time comes. More

Total disaster of a experience Try to keep this short. Offered me 45 for trade on my 16 mega cab. When my new truck came in one month later it went to 43. I still wanted to trade due to wanting a standard shift since they quit making them. I sent several pictures and stressed to them that my truck had bumps and bruises on tailgate from work. Load the family up and drive 6 hours when my new truck came in and the dude drops my trade to 41500 cause it needs body work and new tailgate. I am fighting mad but still wanted my standard shift so I trade. I look at the website 1 month after I traded and there sits my mega cab dually with the same damage on the site for over 48000. Dude lied right to my face about fixing it. I told them it had transmission trouble and had been worked on and to pass info on to future owner. They said they didn't care. Truck is due for a exhaust service and they said let the next owner worry about it. And to top it off I live in ky and do some commercial hauling. And I have a freaking expired North Carolina temp tag and they don't know where my new freaking license plate is!!!!! So I'm Rolling around asking for a big ticket from the dot! I wouldn't go back to this xxxx hole if they paid me! One nice lady Mary has helped me but that is the one and only positive thing about this whole experience! Do your self a favor and don't make the drive. I wish I hadn't!!! More
