Good work... just no communication on this visit Great place for all your auto needs. But this last visit was horrible because I waited too long and wasn’t told why I had to wait. Chelsea did not com Great place for all your auto needs. But this last visit was horrible because I waited too long and wasn’t told why I had to wait. Chelsea did not communicate to me about not having the part my vehicle needed. She told me it would take 30 minutes. I later found out the part was not in this building, that someone had to go get it, and I ended up waiting over 4 hours when told only 30 min. Had someone communicated to me what was going on, I could have made other arrangements to have my kids picked up from school, etc. Instead, I incurred $80 in afterschool fees and missed out on several other personal errands. I love this place and this won’t stop me from returning (hopefully) but I will definitely be asking for a more seasoned service person and asking questions every 15 minutes. I shouldn’t have to do this though, ya know? More

Love the Didge Ram truck but lacks customer service just in trying to get phone calls answered and someone to answer the dept you want to reach!! More
