Diangostic Rip-off This dealership replaced my fuel pump on April 10, 2019 . I left the dealership to fill up my tank which took 12 minutes because the gas pump keep st This dealership replaced my fuel pump on April 10, 2019 . I left the dealership to fill up my tank which took 12 minutes because the gas pump keep stopping as if it was full. On April 19, 2019 I took my vehicle back to the service center due to the issue of slow fueling while pumping. The service advisor/team stated on 4/19/19 that the Charcoal Canister valve where bad which likely burned the fuel pump out. My frustration is that not once be for taking the vehicle in did I have a problem with filling up my tank but even after the diagnostic test was performed they (service team) never discussed or even mention replacing the valve canister. This dealership TOOK me for my money. More

Now when it comes to service dept with warranty work forget it I'll never take my truck or my wife's durango to them ever again! Strike 1 put me on a 10 month waiting list for recalled water pump, I found out later that they were replacing the pumps on all the trucks that were on the lot first before they started on actual trucks being used. 2 wks later took my wife's car to another dealership for oil change and talked to them about water pump and waiting list, they said that was crazy, they ordered pump and replaced within 3 days. Strike 2 had recall on clearance lights on top of cab for moisture, they refused to do it cause I had changed bulbs and claimed I cracked them, took truck back to previous dealer and they replaced no questions. Today Strike 3 took truck to Kernersville for water in the passenger side head light, pulled in garage guy walked over advised him of issue and he said that is normal (yes it may be normal but not supposed to be like that) and then he asked if I wanted him to get me a price for a new headlight, I said no the truck is still under warranty. He said no that is not covered. Why are my clearance lights covered due to moisture but not my headlights? That pisses me off to no end.. So went to the other dealer they were unable to do anything on Saturday due warranty handler was off but stated that they would make a claim and get it replaced. My opinion is Kernersville only wants the sale doesn't want to do any of the after work unless it's an oil change. More

In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion In all the years buying from companies on the net I have never had a response like I received from MoparAmerica seems I jumped to the wrong conclusion with my earlier complaint regarding this company . I should have done more research, this company has a process when it comes to problems with an order which I overlooked and it appears they take their reviews seriously . I was contacted by Steve Overby who runs the parts division of MoparAmerica who became aware of my problem and immediately took steps to right the issue. Not only did I receive the correct order but it was delivered over the weekend and in 3 days . With a response like this you can bet any future parts that I need will come from MoparAmerica . Thank You MoparAmerica and Steve . Also thanks Bill for the extras . More
Incorrect Parts Apparently a business operates out of this dealer called Mopar America, ordered bolts for a PT. It took a week to receive the wrong bolt, spoke to them on phone and promised they would send the correct bolts after another week received 3 of the correct bolts instead of 5. Would fight with PayPal but just blew it off. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! More
