Desk personnel need to greet service customers when they 1st walk in. "Hello I'll be right with you if you can give just a minute". Or "hi I'll be with you in just a moment if you can stand right over her 1st walk in. "Hello I'll be right with you if you can give just a minute". Or "hi I'll be with you in just a moment if you can stand right over here". Don't just continue on current task being completed on computer for several minutes before being looked at. When I walked in from being given my oil change appointment slip there were 3 employees all at computers. None of them bothered to acknowledge me standing there waiting to be initially processed until a minute or 2 later. This is not uncommon at this Kerry location. More
Ordered a car limited available. When received ,not the one I was told I ordered. Like the car I got, salesman asked too many personal questions and didn't listen well to anything we said and kept asking the same things over and over. He was nice but was starting to get on mine and m questions and didn't listen well to anything we said and kept asking the same things over and over. He was nice but was starting to get on mine and my daughter's nerves a tiny bit. He did drive the vehicle down from covi gton and followed us all the way to Harrison Ohio to get our payment. That was very nice of him, but I just wanted to yell PAY ATTENTION!!! Overall though, it was a pretty good experience. More
