Excellent experience! I can’t say enough about Tyler Plumer and the entire staff at Key Acura. I have been a loyal Honda owner for many years but wanted a step up while kee I can’t say enough about Tyler Plumer and the entire staff at Key Acura. I have been a loyal Honda owner for many years but wanted a step up while keeping Honda reliability. I went to Key Acura one year ago and test drove the RDX. I LOVED it but the timing wasn’t right. I asked the staff to reach out periodically with any great offers, which they did while still respecting my “not yet ready” position. No push, no annoying sales pitches. One year later, my 14 year old daughter and I ventured over while the rest of the family was away for the day. We met Tyler, who was friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and carried through with the low pressure feeling I got a year ago. I tried the MDX this time and fell in love with it immediately. Tyler walked us through all of the incredible features, made us a very fair offer on our 8 year old trade, gave us an excellent package and deal and we left with the MDX that day. Tyler has stressed that the process doesn’t end there. He gave us his cell number and a genuine promise to always be available for questions. He made an excellent impression and I know I will be purchasing Acura vehicles from him and Key Auto in the future! More

Bluetooth Issue So I have been to Key Acura for the same services related issue now 4 times where my 2019 Acura RDX Tech Package is dropping calls whenever I am on a So I have been to Key Acura for the same services related issue now 4 times where my 2019 Acura RDX Tech Package is dropping calls whenever I am on a call regardless if it’s plugged in to Apple Play or just straight Bluetooth and it’s beyond frustrating when you are being told that they have checked it and everything seems to be operating correctly and when you drive off and going down the road it happens again while you are on the phone. On the 4th visit they are now putting blame on Apple Car Play has an update coming out in a month however it doesn’t work even when not using Apple Car Play. I am beyond frustrated and have contacted Acura Customer Service to open up a complaint because I want out of a vehicle that is not going to work property that you have spent $45,000+ on and I am getting basically nowhere with service as I have been working with a service writer Mark who is extremely nice but obviously the problem is not fixed and the service manager Amanda from the first visit Basically made me look like a fool you asking me is it just happening in certain areas maybe that’s the problem and I told her no repeatedly and happens anywhere and everywhere so then to hear her come back and say we can’t find anything and we can’t duplicate any problems so we think it’s just probably something that happens is not an acceptable answer and the other thing that’s beyond frustrating is when you call the service department I guarantee you 9 1/2 times out of 10 you will have to leave a voicemail message because nobody picks up the phone to answer because they clean everyone’s busy that is beyond frustrating and when you call and leave a message directly on Amanda’s phone number basically made me look like a fool asking me is it just happening shirt.
