John found one car that i liked, and had it shipped up to North Hampton for a small deposit. John was super friendly and I was fortunate to get such a great deal on my new Jetta. I looked all over greater New England for what would be my future car. I knew exactly what I wanted in my car, and found plenty of them. Until I got to Prime Acura North that is. Everybody there was super nice, super friendly, and most importantly, super knowledgeable with their cars and their inventory. They were very accomodating, patient, and did everything they could to meet my needs. I have admittedly said that I would not go to any other dealership for any vehicles I purchase in the future. salesman was excellent but the finance manager was horrible. Actually hung up on me when I asked him for my deposit back because he was trying to finance me at 13%.
