Always willing to fit me in and take care of me if I need a rental car. I purchased all my 3 cars at that location over the last 20 years. My experience with the service team at Prime North Acura was great. Everyone had a smile and made my visit comfortable. I live in Massachusetts and travel 62.5 miles both ways to Prime Acura North to receive the phenomenal, pleasant and professional experience from the service department each time I visit. I have visited other Prime Acura’s but have not received the quality service as I would from Prime Acura North. So therefore my long drive is more than worth it. I’m always satisfied with my service consultants, they are helpful, extremely patient with the many questions I provide, accommodating and assisted me the entire way. I have never felt that I was asked to have repairs that were not necessarily done. My Repairs are fast and the prices are fair. I am completely confident in Prime Acura North to always give me outstanding service and I have never been let down. Prime Acura North provides me with great service and would definitely recommend them to everyone for being an overall awesome dealership. More

The Prime Acura has always been the best for service for the car and for me. I love a female service manager, as a female customer it's a comfort to not be in an all male situation. There is an Acura dealership in my home town but I travel over 45 miles to Prime Acura North because their service is so outstanding!
