This was far and away the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I bought a car for cash - and it took them over 4 hours. Then, the vehicle turned out to be such a lemon that when I brought it ba I've ever had. I bought a car for cash - and it took them over 4 hours. Then, the vehicle turned out to be such a lemon that when I brought it back to them, they subtracted $1,000 from the amount I was refunded. But wait... There's more. Two weeks later, the check they said would be mailed to me never arrived. When I went into the dealership, they told me they would look into it. They found the check was sitting in their business office. A week later, the I still haven't received the check - and Kit... Well, I've had more productive conversations with my cat than with this uncaring, unprofessional, incompetent excuse for a sales manager. More
