Worst First Time Customer Experience EVER The car I purchased has a chip on the window and a coffee stain on the passenger seat, in agreement to purchasing it, I was told it would be taken car The car I purchased has a chip on the window and a coffee stain on the passenger seat, in agreement to purchasing it, I was told it would be taken care of. I made an appointment and dropped off the car at 10 AM. At drop off I was told “we’ll call you when it’s ready.” I finally get a phone call from Dean at 2:30 PM (4 hours later) asking if they can keep the car overnight because they didn’t have the windshield in stock.”If you want to pick it up and bring it back I’ll get started on that stain.” STARTED. I ask multiple times why it took 4 hours to find out that the windshield wasn’t in stock or if they even did any service to my car and he couldn’t answer. “The glass company just got back to us.” So recap if you guys don’t understand my frustration. I made an appointment for the windshield, he said tomorrow 10 am, I drop it off at 10 am and was told we’ll call you when it’s ready. No communication or explanation throughout the entire day. I even came back around 1:30 to get my house key off my keychain and no one said anything to me. To top it all off during the 2:30 phone call Dean says “I don’t understand why you’re upset.” And does nothing but blame the service guys instead of apologizing. He had Ron (head of service department) reach out to me and Ron explained everything thoroughly. If I had known the process prior to dropping the car off I would have not been misled and knew what to expect. I am TRULY disappointed I wish I worked with another salesman or went somewhere else. Salesman need to be thorough and keep communication lines open and clear between their customers and the service department. HONESTY IS KEY. Don’t take advantage of people who are already interested in a vehicle just go get a sale. Especially if you want referrals or good reviews. More
