Aristedes was very helpful in purchasing this vehicle. My jeep was not repaired but was not the fault of your service people. Chrysler is not stepping up to the plate. The sales team as a whole is sub par. You have to beg them to respond after they tell you they will reach out after they put numbers together for you. My vehicle was delivered at 7% battery and they said it was delivered at 100% and today I called back to check on trading in my current vehicle because I'm not happy with the 4xe just to have Alissa give me an attitude when she answered the phone.
