In the past & present 15 years My Wife & I have owned Christler, Dodge, & Jeep vehicles all purchased in Southern Maine. After extensive searching on the internet for the vehicle we have been in the market for we finally found what We wanted "2012 Jeep JK 2 door 4x4 Deep Chery Red Crystal Pearl Coat, (we continually get comments on the color). I have been wanting to purchase from Poulin Auto Coutry mainly to get away from the larger dealerships low and behold they had the Jeep we Wanted. Sean Duffy (great perspnality0 sold the Jeep to us, got what I wanted for my 2002 Jeep TJ trade-in, and it all worked out. This was our 1st service, I called made the appointment showed up 15 min early, I brought a book to read expecting to have to have waited much longer like we have in the past and I was out of there in no time at all, didn't even have time to really get into the book. Scott Dulac came to get me in the waiting room i signed the service paper and he gave me the coupon for the next 3 services. great experience/s all around. sincerly, William & Denise Hanson p.s. I submitted an application to staci over the Internet. I was very pleased that she followed up with me and her personality when I went into the dealership was very pleasant. Johnny was very informative and listed to all I my needs as for as picking out a vehicle. We test drove two. The crew at Poulin auto country is one of the finest I have experienced they actually drove my new car to my work and let me take a look at it to see if I was interested. I know it was only a few businesses down the street from where I worked but the effort to do what thy did was above and beyond the call of duty. I drove my new Jeep Grand Cherokee to my camp an noticed the oil pressure gauge was not quite operatin correctly. I called Johnny and asked him to book me an appointment the following Thursday. I dropped my vehicle of Thursday morning at 9:30 an they offered to drive me to my work. I walked instead but the overture was noted. The oil pressure sending unit appeared to be faulty along with some new lights and wipers my vehicle was taken care of by the team at Poulin Auto Country. Thank you very much. This was my first time at poulin, and I was extremely impressed. I needed an oil change and tire rotation along with the back window hatch not working and the easy exit seat not working. Mind you, this is a brand new jeep liberty I bought in February at another dealership that was less than impressive, and that was my reason for seeking a new dealership to service my vehicle. Not only did they do the maintenance I had asked for but did a basic all over inspection- checking fluid levels, tire treads etc. I thought that was awesome! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even giving a call when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Two thumbs up for sure! More

I was very satisfied with my recent visit to the Service Dept. at Poulin in Rochester. My 1999 Jeep did not pass inspection, and I was not sure what to do since I was not able to afford the repairs or the p Dept. at Poulin in Rochester. My 1999 Jeep did not pass inspection, and I was not sure what to do since I was not able to afford the repairs or the purchase of a new (used) vehicle. The Service manager and customer service person communicated with me and worked with me, and I did have the repairs done. I am now very glad to report that my Jeep is on the road again, and I feel good about driving it. I love my Jeep Cherokee, and I was not ready to give it up. I need a 4WD vehicle, and my Jeep has been an excellent vehicle for me. Also, I like my interior and sound system. I listed 'Price' as good vs. great, since money is always an issue that is not pleasant or easy. I highly recommend Poulin, and I have always bought my Jeeps and vans at Poulin. Thank you!
