Waited 2 1/2 hours past for an oil change and tire rotation. Paid for 6 oil changes when I bought the truck. It wasn’t in the computer so I had to pay for it. Brought the paperwork in the next day and the service guy said there’s nothing he can do. Very disappointing and I don’t want anything to do with that service department again. Wish I could get my paid oil changes elsewhere or get my money back. More

After having a not so satisfactory few visits last year, I had some work done on my Jeep this week and I am happy to say I have seen some improvements in the shop with the new team there. Both times my vehi I had some work done on my Jeep this week and I am happy to say I have seen some improvements in the shop with the new team there. Both times my vehicle was done on time and I was kept up to date on when it would be finished as well as things felt much calmer while being there. In the past it always felt like things were crazy and almost as if I was an imposition, even though I was the paying customer. More
