waited 12 days for service, then took 5 workdays for repair, heated seat, DEF gauge. was told short on mechanics. heated seats needed a new pad, def gauge needed to be cleaned at the muffler. didn't re repair, heated seat, DEF gauge. was told short on mechanics. heated seats needed a new pad, def gauge needed to be cleaned at the muffler. didn't receive evaluation completely until Wednesday dropped off Monday at 7 for the first appointment. you tied up my vehicle for 5 days.
