Deposit not refundable after being told it is I went to this dealership to look at buying a new pickup. I had other personal issues going on so I wasnt 100% sure I wanted to buy right now but I wa I went to this dealership to look at buying a new pickup. I had other personal issues going on so I wasnt 100% sure I wanted to buy right now but I was told to just leave a deposit and if i change my mind it would be refundable. After I realized I wouldnt be able to purchase it I called the dealership to refund my $500.00 deposit. They said they couldnt refund it because they had cleaned the truck....I was looking at buying a new truck so not sure how much cleaning was needed and I also dont understand how that is my financial obligation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. They will lie to you just to get a deposit then completely change once they have your money. Absolutely terrible experience, PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER CHRYSLER DODGE DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE LIARS More

Over all services from service We dropped off are car for some work. After a month found out that they don't have a certified mechanic that could do the job after agreeing to take We dropped off are car for some work. There was missing hub caps and the window was left open. Before we could get it back. It rained and rusted up a tool that was in there. After explaining the two problems. They bluntly sad "not are problem, it's been hear for a while and we are not replacing. Have a good day" No a sorry or any kind words. Nothing. GREAT JOB!! Boys and girls. More
