Unfortunately every visit is a misadventure. I am sorry that Ford forces me to come in. Your team that checks me in and out are doing their best but other than that it's been frustrating doing I am sorry that Ford forces me to come in. After over 20 years driving Fords I am struggling with the fees and lack of extra touches to keep their clients with them. Again the folks working to check me in and out are doing fine!
