We did the pre approval process online to save some time. The staff were honest that they did not get notification about it but worked quickly to get us out soon..us and 3 babies. Kyle came to us in the common area instead of asking us to come to the office with all the kids. Andrew talked to the kids and was very engaging and kind to them.
