They are better now than when it was Rockland Ford. Caleb and Chris (the service advisor's) were very helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long to get my car repaired. Nice waiting area. Great experience! Ace was my sales person. I tell all sales people up front when i go to a dealer ship i do like a “sales man”. I am easy going and thats what i am loo Ace was my sales person. I tell all sales people up front when i go to a dealer ship i do like a “sales man”. I am easy going and thats what i am looking for in a sales person. No high pressure. I interacted with probably 5-6 employees between 4-5 visits leading up to purchase. All of them were great. Between emails and phone calls Ace handled all of it very well. And the finance manager Marie who handled the loan process was very nice and easy to work with. What i like was a few times i stopped Ace was not available but those that helped me still took time with me even though they knew Ace was helping me. Just a great team of people. Thank you i love my truck. T More

I called for apt on 10/7 for oil change, state inspection, recall and rear wiper- scheduled for 10/16. Arrived and was told didn't have inspection sticker or wiper & was told would hold wiper, oth inspection, recall and rear wiper- scheduled for 10/16. Arrived and was told didn't have inspection sticker or wiper & was told would hold wiper, other work done, was given no indication that work was needed for inspection. I called on 10/25 to enqure about apt for remaing work- wiper and state inspection, scheduled for 10/31, wiper was replaced and I was told about breaks and leaking fluid so didn't pass inspection. Told I could come back on 11/14. 3 appointments for service requested on 10/7, needless to say I am not impressed but also spitting mad also never given any indication of cost for anything at any time. More
