Our salesman was Jon and from the very start he made both my husband and I very comfortable in our search. We told him that we were not ready just yet to pull the trigger and buy and he never made us feel rushed or bothersome to him. He gave us the same amount of information and attention than if we had stepped onto the lot with a check in hand! We are still continuing our search but Jon's excellent customer service has made Hyundai a top contender for us!! More

Regarding price I purchased 2012 Hyundai Elantra, new. During the meeting with the sales manager and salesman, I asked for a break on the sticker price. The sales man I purchased 2012 Hyundai Elantra, new. During the meeting with the sales manager and salesman, I asked for a break on the sticker price. The sales manager printed off the information on the car I was interested in and showed me the sales price and their invoice price. So, I paid the sticker price not knowing that the dealership did not pay the invoice price. They get a break on the invoice price from Hyundai. So, basically, they LIED to me. Because of that, I would not buy another car from them. After making the purchase, I received offers for the same car from other dealers for hundreds of dollars less. To repeat: The auto dealer invoice does not represent the real figure that the dealer paid to the manufacturer. I learned this too late to do me any good. More

They new the previous Hybrid and we were right at home selecting this 2014 Hybrid Limited. Mike Bianchi helped us complete the loan paperwork and explained it clearly and took the time to thoroughly answer each of our many questions. Taken all together, the team at Key really makes it an easy place to find and buy exactly what we wanted with no hassles and complete confidence that we were getting the best deal! They get our highest recommendation and we will absolutely look forward to buying our next car again from Don Jone and Key Hyundai. More
