I went into the dealership hoping to get out of the piece of crap that I had been making payments on. I didn't really know what to expect but I thought that at best I would walk away with a car that I didn't of crap that I had been making payments on. I ended up with a brand new car that I love and the whole process was honestly painless. I worked with Alexio who was awesome. I didn't feel pressured into getting something that I didn't want. He was attentive and covered everything.
