Wow what a pleasant and pain free experience! I think we all know how difficult and frustrating it can be to shop for a vehicle. Key Hyundai and it's personel made us feel like we were very important to them. Bob especially made it a pleasant experience. He is a pleasant, patient and respectful sales associate. At no time did we feel pressured to do anything we did not want to do! He found the Sante Fe that we wanted and could afford. He explained everything in detail and clairly. What we really enjoyed was the tour of the parts and service area. We will actually know where to go and park when we need our new vehicle serviced for maintenance. Signing the forms was also a hassle-free experience. It was nice driving away with peace of mind that we can actually depend on this dealership to follow thru on their promises. Overall this was a pleasant shopping experience!! More

I recently visited Key Hyundai of Manchester and purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata with the assistance of the sales associate Oateney. This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and going through the financing process; so I must admit I was a bit apprehensive at first. But, Oateney was very knowledge about the various Hyundai models and she was very patient with answering all of my questions. After I test drove multiple vehicles, I was able to obtain adequate financing with the help of the finance manager, Liz. Overall, my experience with Key Hyundai was very good. They had a very positive atmostphere and very informative employees. I would definitely recommend Key Hyundai to others! More
Buying a vehicle is not a decision you make every day, buying two (new and used) is definitely not as common. And as a woman, shoppign for a car is intimidating because generally speaking we do not know buying two (new and used) is definitely not as common. And as a woman, shoppign for a car is intimidating because generally speaking we do not know anything about cars; once you step into a dealer I feel like the salespersons know that and you are not sure how the whole experience is going to be. Well, this was not the case, the staff we dealt with, Tom, Jonathan, Keith (and anyone we talked to or dealt with), made me/us very comfortable, they listen to our needs and demands, and not to mention how friendly they were. We were there until 7:30/8:00 PM on a Saturday night – not once did they check their watches or made reference to come back next business day – I know they have been there all day and long hrs. we were the once concerned about the time. Financing two cars is never easy, we never felt uneasy or discourage. They are the nicest group of sales people we have ever met.Nice, friendly and very knowledgeable, and paid a lot of attention to our needs and desires. Key Hyundai is our dealer! My husband got into an accident and totaled the car. So i went online and filled out the 30 second credit application. Within 15 minutes Erin called and went over the info. She told me she has 2 lending places that were willing to give me a loan. My credit was horrible but, i figured I would try. So that Friday me and my husband went down to the dealership, we were immediately greeted by Gene. We told him that we filled out the app and were waiting for a check from the insurance company that we were gonna use for a down payment. He sat down with us and asked us what is the max monthly payment we were looking to pay. So we told him, he handed over the paperwork to the manager and they came up with a list of cars we could afford. The first car he showed us was a blue Sonata, it was roomy and beautiful, and it had very low mileage. We looked at several other cars, but, we were totally in love with the sonata. So we went back inside, Gene talked to the manager Sal they both came over and said the car is ours, we couldn't believe it, we told him that we wouldn't have the down payment until Monday, they said that was fine, just bring it in. So they sent us in to see Liz, the business manager , she flew through the paperwork, we got everything finalized, they handed us the keys and we were out of there. All within 3 hours. This place is awesome. Everybody was so nice, there was no being pushy, everybody was laid back and relaxed. I will always go here for any car needs!!! More

I was pleased with my salesman the night of the purchase (Giovanni Negron). He was very personable and answered all my questions regarding the car I wanted to purchase. I was very pleased with the deal I got. When picking up my new 2011 Sante Fe, I met Jonathan Buttero. He walked me thru the purchase procedure and introduced me to my new car. He gave me a "tour" of all the bells and whistles and how to use them. When I came back in for a minor adjustment to one of the head rests, he was right there as soon as I entered the lot. He was very professional and willing to help in any way he could. That's what I like "service with a smile". Overall experience was very pleasant and I love my new Sante Fe. More
I got my first choice of car, color, and options in a timely manner and everyone was incredibly easy to deal with. This experience from the very first phone call until I drove my new car off the lot was amazing! My sales guy Gene Laygo was the nicest sales I have ever dealt with. Gene was more than willing to talk to my husband on the phone to ease his mind. And it worked, thanks Gene!! Sal and Liz were great too. My fiance and I went into the dealership in Manchester to trade in our Town N Country van for a suv. The car I liked was in the back lot and needed a battery and tires so we could not test drive it. After talking with Zack and Frank I was told that the trade in would be 4,000.00 and the dealership and I aggreed to the down payment of $1500.00. Was told car would be ready on Monday. Zack called and said the car wasnt redy yet but would be on Tuesday.I called him back and said I will pick the car up on Wednesday and Zack was going to call me if it wasnt ready. Waited all day..No call.Went to the dealership and was told to "have a seat" and some one will be right over. After waiting for over an hour for someone to get to us I was told car was still not ready and left a message for Zack to give me a call Thursday. Went in on Thursday to see Zack and the car I was told to "have a seat" again and that Keith would go over the financing, Zack was off that day. I said for what..I havent even test driven the car yet. A week later.. So after taking it for a ride, my fiancee and I decided that we liked it. Then Keith told me that the trade in would only be 2000.00 and my down payment went up another 1,000.00 and that my car payment would be $85 more a month for what Im paying now. Why would I want a higher payment? Since I have a low credit score..Thats why I went there because Jill said she can help customers with credit issues. There is too much mis communication and too much "have a seat and someone will be with you" policy. I didnt feel appreciated and I was not a priority to anyone in that dealership. Poor customer service. More
