I bought a car that was listed at $10,300 and I ended up purchising it for $13,147. Since I have bad credit I was forced to pay a $700 fee that was only described as a way to ensure that the bank made a pr purchising it for $13,147. They also made me get the "worry free" warranty (for another $1,400) by telling me that without it the car would not be worth enough to get the loan. They only told me that I would have to come in for oil changes under their service plan. I later came to find that their service plan includes "recomended preventitive maintenance" totaling another $3,142. On top of this the best rate they could get me is 17% so in the end I will have paid over $23,000 for a $10,000 car. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! More

I needed a miracle from God to purchase a car. My credit is bad and my wife would not cosign with me. I went to several dealers, but I could not get passed,"you need a cosigner." I was finally approved for an inhouse loan with a dealer in Waterbury, Ct. They wanted to put me in cars that I considered trashy. Key Hyundai employees worked through my lack of a cosigner, put me in a beautiful car and got me a conventional loan. I even qualified for a new car. These employees were concerned about me, not just processing me. I have never felt such a family spirit among car salesman in my life. They could have said, ‘we can’t help you,” and just processed me like all the other dealers. While Ed was keeping me encouraged with the truth that I needed a cosigner, Jesus was working around the cosigners' problem. Keith ended the process by going over the closing forms, and never tried to force additional cost on me. I believe these actions are their daily characters. Thanks More
I have had nothing but problems since looking for my car. It has been in the shop twice since I got the car a little over a week ago. After a nightmare experience with a competitor, I found myself taking a drive across town to Key. Never having been there before, I found exactly what I was looking for thanks to the salesman Sal Kroemer and finance manager Brendan Camilleri. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable. I knew I had made the right choice and my experience couldn't have been more satisfying. Sal even went out of his way to get the make and model that I wanted...no problem. I highly recommend this dealership..once you've been there you'll know what I mean. Thanks guys! Initially there was no particular reason in choosing Key Hyundai. But from the first time I visited the dealership and spoke with a sales rep, I did not feel that I was being pressured into purchasing a ve Hyundai. The salesman, Kevin, took note to the type of Santa Fe I was looking for (the initial used Santa Fe I looked at was taken by another customer later due to I did not put a deposit down, which ended up working out for me in the end). Kevin did not try to push me into a different vehicle nor did he ask me to look at a new vehicle. About one month later, I went to a different Hyundai dealership to look a used Santa Fe (but did not like the condition it was in). The salesman at that dealership began to talk to me into looking at a new Santa Fe, explaining all the details included in the SE model compared to the GLS model, despite letting the salesman know that I am not interested in the little details (he continued to tell me about those details). Afterward, the salesman began to try to talk me into buying a 2010 Santa Fe that day, despite initially telling him that at the present time I was looking and not interested in buying right away. I ended up back at Key Hyundai to talk to Kevin to let him know that I was looking at 2010 Santa Fe's. Since I started working with Kevin a month prior, he remember what I was looking for and suggested looking at the 2010 Santa Fe that I ended up buying. While looking at the Santa Fe I bought, I did not feel pressured in any way into buying the vehicle. Key Hyundai worked with me on the price (which was in the ball park of what edmunds.com stated was the true market value, in fact they worked with me and offered less than what was on the website). Even when I sat down with the finance rep, I did not feel that I had no other option but to sign the papers. I asked if I could get back to them in about 2 hours, to which they said yes. I would definitely recommend friends and family to Key Hyundai when looking for a vehicle. More
Have bought 2 cars there, both times the service and prices I received were excellent. When I had an issue it was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. The financing was explained in detail.
