We bought our first Sonata in 2003 from Manchester Key Hyundai and have been loyal customers ever since. When we needed another car there was no doubt that we would go to Manchester Key Hyundai. There was never any pressure to buy. We were allowed to take the car for overnight to decide. I really appreciated that since my husband was working when I checked out the 2004 Sonata. Since 2003 I have received super service from the service department. They are real professionals and care about your experience and car. I’ve recommended Manchester Key to anyone who mentions that they are looking for a car. We just had friends purchased a car in November from them and they are really happy with how they are treated by Scott. We have had a couple of batteries and tires replaced for free, which is a great savings. December 10 we purchased a Chrysler Sebring from Manchester Key. Dustin Drummey was a very enjoyable and helpful sales person. He made us feel good about the purchase and has called several times to make sure we are happy with the Sebring. He has answered any questions we have and is a pleasure to work with. If anyone is looking for a car, I have no doubt that you should buy from Manchester Key. We will continue to go to Manchester Key when we need another car. We have always been treated as we are the only customer because they care about their customers. More
We gave this dealership high marks because our car broke down just before christmas. this was not a planned visit. we desprately needed a new car and soon! We have 2 very youn kids, Our daughter is 7 and our son is 5. i had brought a large bag of toys expecting to be there all day and come home with nothing for a week or 2. so we all piled in our 2nd car and drove off. I had beed researching hyundai dealerships in the area and found this one to have fair prices and (more important to me) it was the only one that did not harp-almost beg for us to come in. they simply said "when your ready, we will be here" and let us take charge of whether or not they would be choosen. the kids were excited to go and when we got there we were greeted warmly. they took us to a large table so the kids could play while my husband and I looked around. then Ben cam over. we were his 1st sale. I was a bit nervous about this, but in the end i was glad we stuck with him. He may not have had all the answers (at the time) but he was patient and nice and when he had no clue about something, he did not pretend he did, just to give an answer. He went and found the answer. we knew buying a car was a long process. We were there for 6 hours with our kids. Ben had no problem with me bringing mcdonalds in for lunch for the kids (and my husband.) the kids had a pretty good time looking at all the cars and even found a hot little sporty car for daddy for when our malibu dies (which should be soon.) by the time the 6 hours was drawing to a close the kids were deffinately ready to leave. it was around the 4 hour mark when we discovered this sweet play room by the TV. it was perfect. i put on a cartoon and they played joyfully for the rest of the time we were there! When we left --much to my GREAT surprise-- we drove home with a new hyundai santa fe. Now, it is about 3 monthes later now and i LOVE it. all in all it was a good experierence and i am VERY happy that I picked Key Hyundai of manchester. More
The Salesman was good, not to pushy, knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the features of the car and was very patient with us. The time that it took to finalize the sale the next day was not good - they had us waiting several hours to get into the Finance Manager, we had a 5 pm appointment and did not get into his office until 7:15, and then the figures were different then what we were quoted, but they did work with us and we eventually came to an agreement that we are satisfied with. We are definitely impressed with the quality, warranty and performance of the car. More

A few of the Employees even stayed about 2 hours after close to wait for me to get there and sign all my paper work to get me the car that night rather then the next day. More

I would recommend this dealership to any one looking for a new car whether or not they are trading one in. This dealership assisted my husband and I in trading in a standard car for an automatic. They worked with my husband (who is overseas in Iraq)and myslef providing the best price around for the trade in value of our car and lowered the price for a new car on their lot so we could afford it. From beginning to end it took less than a week to drive our new car off the lot. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and they had a great attitude through out the process. They listened to what we wanted, nothing else. All our questions were answered and it felt like a family there, everyone working together to get everything dome. Service was Excellent! More

This dealer is all about fooling and cheating customer by taking more and more money out of your pocket and do not give the customer a honest advice and quotation. I selected a car from this dealer and the price quoted were way beyond the actual price of the car. There is a huge difference in prices what they promise on internet or call and what they offer when you walk in the store. And when they realize the customer knows about their cheating stunt, they make a excuse of saying this is how we do business and we always try to pull extra money from the customer. Doing business do not mean that you start snatching money by fooling the customers. Also the manager is rude and talks as if he is doing a favor by selling the car to us. The people are not trust worthy. If they do this at the time of sales, how can they be trusted after sales-service. More
