I went to Key Hyundai unsure about the possibility of trading in my car for a newer one. My salesman JD was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The only thing I found wrong is the indash map device only allows 3 digits for address and some addresses exceed this limit. Veracruz is beautiful and rides well. As to the blue tooth hands free device not part of the package they handled that very well getting a Parrot device installed which does not detract from the vehicle in any way and once I got it working sounds great wu=ith great voice quality. If you choose this dealer ship which I recommend you do ask for him hes a great guy that doesn't pressure you and makes you feel comfortable. This dealership is disappointingly sub-par, which is sad because we love our Hyundai Tucson. Every time we go, they seem less than excited to help us. Sometimes, in fact, they seem inconvenienced. There is always lots of confusion in the branch and people unsure of how to help you. When we first bought our car there, the sales people were even confused about the features in the model and how to use them. They just come across as highly unprofessional and untrained. On top of that, they just built this supposedly new state of the art building, but when you take your car in for service there is no cleaning bay. So you can forget getting your carpets or car cleaned as part of the service. It is just an incredibly disorganized Hyundai dealership with a staff who seem less than enthusiastic to help. The bottom line is that it is clear it is poorly managed. I highly recomend Hyundai cars but suggest you drive to Hartford for much better service. More
