Routine service to a new Elantra I went in for routine service on my 2014 Elantra that was purchased as my 2nd Elantra from Key Hyundai. I left the car with Rich and Ryan in service w I went in for routine service on my 2014 Elantra that was purchased as my 2nd Elantra from Key Hyundai. I left the car with Rich and Ryan in service who -as always- engaged with me in a personable manner. I was paired with Johnathan in sales when I told Anthony I was entertaining trading in my car. Johnathan and I discussed my options and when he saw I wasn't quite ready to make a commitment he had Dan -who has worked closely with myself and my mother over the years for our vehicles- come in to the mix. Dan and Johnathan were able to see I wasn't quite ready to commit and allowed me to take the car home for a few hours to think it through. When I returned a deal was settled that I was comfortable with. The intuition Johnathan had to involve Dan showed me the level of consideration and care the Key Hyundai team has for their customers; that it's about the experience overall NOT just making a sale. Dan & Johnathan worked exceptionally well as a team in sales and incorporating the finance and management departments to be personable, professional, and understanding in their approach to making me a deal I couldn't refuse. This is my 3rd Elantra from Key Hyundai Milford and through continued excellent service in sales, service, and management/finance I'm sure it won't be my last. More

A+ minus one important missing piece of information. When I entered Key Hyundai I was checking out what was available. I was looking for a Veloster or an Elantra GT. At that point I met Scott Vogel who When I entered Key Hyundai I was checking out what was available. I was looking for a Veloster or an Elantra GT. At that point I met Scott Vogel who was at the door on a break. Scott listened to my story and gave me the opportunity to test drive both cars. He asked me an important question. Which car would I prefer to own. I said a Veloster. His response was to work with me to put me in that car. At no time did I feel Scott pushing me in one direction or another. I said I wanted it in red. He said he had one in the back lot. Then as they say it was magic. Scott worked all the numbers. This includes the finance numbers. At that point Scott sat back and allowed me the space to make my own decision. I ended up purchasing the Veloster. I drove it home on the same day. My experience with Key Hyundai and Scott Vogel was outstanding. Now for my "minus one important missing piece of information." One week later I drove the car to Florida. While exploring all the nooks and crannies of my Veloster imagine my surprise to find that my Veloster came without a spare tire. It came with a Flat Tire Repair Kit. I don't remember having been told that. I don't remember being offered what options I had to remedy this. I am not convinced on the idea of a Repair Kit. I would have preferred a spare. More
