I went to the dealership for a routine oil change. When I paid my bill, I asked if my wind shield wiper fluid was filled up, because the invoice said "all fluids checked and topped off". When I got home I took pictures of my engine's tank to show it was not done. I called the dealer immediately and asked for the service manager. I talked with an associate and 2 weeks later, no one has called me back! How can I trust that the oil was even changed after they lied about the fluid fill up?? Nobody has called me back to discuss my complaints. Terrible customer service! More

Discontinuing the courtesy shuttle and the recent 3% surcharge on credit card transactions are a turn off. My mother purchased her car there in 2018. Brought my car in with 2 issues they Fixed one of them and sent me on my way. When I called. I was given some advise. Keep driving it and see if it goes away . What? Instead then just said they quoted me 5 hours for the work and only charged me for 4 to take that fee off. I was quoted 4 hours and charge 4 hours. More
