My appointment was the second time I came in for my appointment as the first time I was told they had to reschedule due to not having availability. This time when I arrived I was not I was never on sch appointment as the first time I was told they had to reschedule due to not having availability. This time when I arrived I was not I was never on schedule and that there was not the ability to do the appointment in the time I was originally told so I had to leave again. They did schedule me for the future, however this has caused me MULTIPLE days off from work causing me a large financial loss. More

This appointment was wonderful, dealing with a young man at the service desk . However the appointment prior was not so great! The young lady I dealt with was rude and not very helpful at all! Hyundai was always top notch in my books, but it appears with people like this young lady Hyundai is going down hill! I took my buisness elsewhere !
